Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-09-05. This policy covers the products operated by Beehive Web Studio (Beehive AI Labs LLC): Replyself (replyself.beehivewebstudio.com), agent-sandbox (agent.beehivewebstudio.com), and the Instagram integration run for the account @kernel.panic.0x11 and, once live, for Replyself customers' own accounts.

What we collect

• Waitlist: the email address you submit, the product you signed up for, the page that sent you (referrer and any src/kw tag in the link), and, if you choose to answer, five short survey answers and your Instagram handle.
• Site traffic and on-page activity: anonymous records of page views (page path, referring site, screen width, device type, the link tag that brought you, and a random per-tab session id) and of how the page is used (how far you scroll, which sections you reach, buttons you click, and how far you get in the sign-up form). This helps us see where the page works and where people get stuck. We do not store IP addresses, do not set cookies, and use no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. These records expire after 120 days.
• Scan requests (agent-sandbox): any agent artifact you choose to send us for scanning.
• Instagram, our account: when you comment a keyword on one of our posts, our app reads that comment through Instagram's official Graph API and may send you one direct message in reply. We store the comment id, your username, the keyword, and the message we sent, so we never message you twice for the same comment. If you reply to that message, we may send one follow-up explaining how it worked. Every automated reply says it is automated.
• Instagram, customer accounts (Replyself): when a creator connects their account, we read comments on their posts and public profile fields of commenters, send private replies on the creator's behalf, and read the account's own insights (reach, saves, shares, follower counts). We do this only for the connected account and only through Meta's official API. Customers can disconnect at any time from their Instagram settings or by emailing us.

How we use it

• To send you the message or access you asked for, and to contact the first accounts we onboard.
• To see which posts and links bring visitors and signups.
• To write and send replies for connected creator accounts, and to show those creators which posts earned followers.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the United States.
• We do not read private messages beyond replies to messages we send.
• We do not access Instagram accounts other than our own and those explicitly connected by their owners.
• We do not send messages to anyone who has not commented first. That is Meta's rule and ours.

Retention and deletion

Instagram comment and message records are kept for 90 days. Page-view records expire after 120 days. Waitlist records are kept until you ask us to remove them. To delete your data, email hello@beehivewebstudio.com or reply DELETE to any message from us; we act within 7 days. Meta's data deletion callback requests are honored the same way.
