Effective 2026-09-05. These terms cover Replyself (replyself.beehivewebstudio.com), operated by Beehive AI Labs LLC, doing business as Beehive Web Studio ("we"). By connecting an Instagram account or joining the waitlist you agree to them.
Replyself connects to your Instagram professional account through Instagram's official API. With your permission it reads comments on your posts, sends replies and private messages on your behalf using a keyword you choose, and shows you insights about your posts and followers. You approve the voice and keyword before anything is sent.
Replyself is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans we will tell you in advance and you can disconnect before any charge.
You can disconnect at any time from your account page, from Instagram's Settings (Website permissions), or by emailing hello@beehivewebstudio.com. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or Meta's policies.
Replyself is provided as is. We do not guarantee follower growth, message delivery, or uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for actions Instagram takes on your account. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
